HR4Growth Consultants is founded by Rajendra Joshi (alias RE), Director and Principal Consultant, who has four decades of first hand and comprehensive experience of handling strategic and operational HR Function at Corporate and large-scale multiple manufacturing plant level, with reputed set ups, across India. He was in CHRO role for two decades. Mr. Abhijeet Joshi, (Founder and Director of start-up Anchor HR Consultants, www.anchorhrconsultants.com ) is associated with him. Besides, experts/specialists from other functions/disciplines like: Operations, Engineering, R&D, D&D, Quality Assurance, TQM, Accounts, Costing, Finance, Materials, Logistics, IT, MIS, Secretarial, Legal etc are empanelled and can be deployed as per requirement/need of the assignment.

  • Handled entire Gamut of Business HR, Domain HR, ER, IR Function for past 40 years with organisation of repute, and during past two decades in capacity as GM and VP – CHRO position.                
  • Organisations worked: Graphite India Ltd, RPG Enterprises- Ceat Tyres, VIP/Blow Plast Industries, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Rallies- Ralli Wolf Ltd ( Tata Group), Cable Corporation, ISMT Group &  house of Garware.
  • Concurrent teaching experience for two decades for MBA HR at Symbiosis (SCMHRD), ICFAI Institutes.
  • Qualified lead assessor for ISO 9000 certification from Cranefiled  UK.
  • Life Member of NIPM and ISTD professional Associations.
